Story Of My Weight

I've been struggling with my weight ever since I was about 8 years old. In a nut shell, my teacher degraded me. She hated me, and being a shy girl of 8, absorbed it all in and felt I was not worthy of anything. It just snowballed from there. As I got older, I began to get fatter and very low self esteem. I was heavy all through high school and when I graduated I weigh 215 pounds. The biggest I've ever been. I'm only 5 foot, so 215 looks like a lot on me. When I turned 19, I sadly started smoking cigarettes. I smoked for about 7 years and when I quit smoking I weighed 140 pounds. In 3 months I gain 30 pounds. Today I weigh 200 pounds and going to start going down again!
