Weekly Weigh In - August 11, 2009



I knew this was going to happen this week. I really didn't want to go on the scales. I have to say though, it could have been worse. I just drank 2 soda's all week. Need to push the exercising though. I'm going to make some changes in my life so it'll change the rest of me. I've been doing some short exercises, signed up for Break Pal that motivates you to exercise while your at your desk (or just in front of the computer at home). It randomly announces "it's time to exercise!" and you do a 3-5 minute exercise from your desk. I'm also hosting a lifetime premium membership giveaway to Break Pal on my other blog, From Pigpen To Paradise.
