Today is my official new start. So this week I lost 1.1 pound, wow, I'm starting off on a good start! This is definitely the motivation I need. I will report my food journal and exercise log next week.

I'm lost! What happened?
Did you completely start over? I had a bad week. The stress is at an all time high this past week. Zero exercise for me. I have to get out the Wii again. I'm just sooooo tired.
