I didn't eat lunch...oops.
But for dinner, I went to McDonalds. I had a Big Mac, French Fries, and only 1/2 of the soda. I failed the No Soda Challenge, but I feel good that I didn't drink it all.

you can still get back on board....just do a 'tapering off' the soda instead of cold turkey. i had to work my way up to it. i've put the post of for the weekly no soda check in. i think you'll be surprised what i did. hehe :)
