I've been using my WW Food Journal. I'm trying to understand my eating habits, and get control of them. Yesterday I used all my weekly points allowance. My week ends on Tuesday. So now I've got to be really careful. I'll get the hang of it soon.
Week 1 Day 3
Breakfast:
1 Cup Fiber One Cereal 0 = 25
1/2 Cup Skim Milk -1 = 24
Banana -2 = 22
Lunch:
Salad 0 = 22
Dressing -2 = 20
2oz Ham -2 = 18
2oz Turkey -2 = 16
1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese -2 = 14
1 100 Calorie Pack Reese Wafers -2 = 12
Snack:
2 100 Calorie Pack Reese Wafers -4 = 8
Workout at Curves +2 = 10
Workout on Wii Fit +2 = 12
Dinner
2 Pizza's -14 = -2
Soda -3 = -5
+5 Weekly Points = 0

Hi! Good luck on your weight loss program. I am thinking about doing the WW points as well.
