Finding Motivation - April 1, 2009

I just started following The WW Chick Blog, and it's very interesting and motivating. I need all the motivation that I can get. Ugh. She also has a motivation calendar posted on her blog and so I'm going to try this.

Today's motivation is to:

Set a goal this month to change or improve a behavior. The pounds will come off if the right behaviors are in place. No Fooling!!!


So my goal for this month is to drink at least 1 16.9oz bottle of water per day. More will be great, but definitely one!
