I am very disapointed this week. My number went up and I'm not sure why. I gained 1 pound. I've been doing some Wii fitness, and drinking water, which I don't usually do. I haven't had any soda which I'm proud of. I just a little sad that I gained, when I know I tried. Any advise would be great!

Hang in there Angie last week was my bad week but I ate too much junk food. I think your food journal is going to help a lot.
