Lunch - 2/19

I really don't feel that hungry, so for lunch I had 1 fiber one yogurt and 1 16.9oz bottle of water. I also didn't have a snack today.

For lunch I had a hamburger with ketchup, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 whole tomato and 1 16.9 oz bottle of water.

I didn't have a morning snack today, but for lunch I had 1 cup of tomato soup, 5 saltines, 1 grilled cheese sandwich on wheat bread, 1 banana & 1 16.9oz water.

My lunch was 2 cups of salad with french dressing, 1 cup of watermelon, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and 1 16.9oz of water.

Today's lunch I had 1 cup of chicken noodle soup (1/2 cup of noodles & 1/2 cup of broth), 5 saltines, 1 cup or watermelon, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese & 1 16.9 oz bottle of water

My lunch is 2 cups of Salad (ham & turkey) with french dressing.
1 cup of watermelon, 1/2 cup cottage cheese & 16.9 oz bottle of water.
