Tip The Scale Tuesday Weigh In - March 31, 2009

I have been slacking, made it to day 4 and stopped! What the heck is wrong with me. I going to try something new today. I got this idea from The Masked Mommy. I'm going to take a pic of the the scales, it may motivate me more. It so hard because I seem to have nothing healthy to eat in the house. So with Weight Watchers, I'm going to try my hardest to do this. I need to lose at least 30 pounds by July. This gives me about 13 weeks to lose 30 pounds. This will be about 2.3 pounds a week. That will be pushing it. So my real goal will be 1 pound a week, so 13 pounds less would be excellent, more will be a bonus!

So every Tuesday I will be weighing in. I'll call it Tip The Scale Tuesday. If anyone else would like to join me please feel free to do so. I also will be doing a giveaway for those you who join me.
Check it out on my Tip The Scale Tuesday Blog for more information.

Here is my weigh-in for this week:

Fiber One Cereal - Filler Food

Fiber One Bran Cereal, 16.2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)

Usually for breakfast I eat Fiber One Bran Cereal. It's not really that flavorful, but I always eat it with a large banana, then it's yummy. I'm sure it would be fine with any favorite fruit, but I love bananas. Plus banana's are a filler food as well. I also use the Weight Watchers plan.

My breakfast is usually:

1 cup of Fiber One Bran Cereal which is only 1 point.
1/2 cup of skim milk which is 1 point
1 large banana which is 2 points.
1 16.9oz bottle of water which of course is 0 points.

So I have a filling breakfast that is only 4 points.

I did it! Today I got my Nintendo Wii Fit With 5 in 1 Fitness Outfit! As soon as I got it, I opened it up and did a 17 minute workout. I first did stepping, then I did the hula hooping, then did some running. It was fun. My son Tristan who is 4, did a run with me as well. I down a 16.9oz bottle of water after I was done. Whoo, that was a workout!
