Wow, I just noticed I have not wrote on my blog since 2009! Well, I kind of fell off the wagon. I was 198.8 pounds on November 17, 2009. After that, my weight went up, and up and up! In November of 2011 I was at 211 pounds. I was scared that I was never going to lose weight again. I tried, on my own, but just couldn't do it! Then I found out I was pregnant, I did lose a few pounds, I was down to 205 pounds. But finding out that I was pregnant, all I could think of was, Oh my! I already have 3 boys, who are 7, 4 & 3 years old. They are my life. Though it can be challenging since all three have been diagnosed with Autism. But we're doing good. Deep down, I really wanted another baby, but honestly didn't think it would happen. So as the nine months strolled on by I didn't really care about my weight no more. So in July of 2012, I weighed in at 215 pounds. Few days later, on July 24, 2012, I had my baby girl, and dropped down to 202 pounds!
A few weeks went by, and I'm not sure how it happen, but I lost another 10 pounds. I thought my scales were broken. So my mom and I decided to join Weight Watchers on August 22, 2012. My weigh in was 192.8 pounds. Wow! I thought to myself....my scales are not broken. Well, I don't know what happen, but I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth! This was the jump start that I needed! So on week 2 I weighed in at 188.4, a 4.4 pound loss! Very exciting! But then my third week, I did gain 1 pound, so then I was up to 189.4. My 4th week, down another 2.4 pounds, making it a 5.8 pound loss. Then, I did it again, another gain on my 5th week, a 2 pound gain. I was so upset with myself, weighing in at 189, which is only 3.8 pounds down from my first weigh in and it was a month later! So on September 26th I weighed in at 186.2, a 2.8 pound drop! Yay! I did it, now to continue on doing it.
Now for this week's weigh in. I weighed 185.6 pounds, another 0.6 pound drop! Hey, I'll take that! I really hope to continue on having a great journey! And this time I will be posting until I hit my goal!!! See you next week!
