Tracking my weight loss progress, and watch myself form into a thinner person!
When I got up this morning I was excited to get on the scales, but the scales were not to excited to see me. Last week I decided to make a change, and that was not to drink any soda, which I did! I'm so proud of myself that I did not drink any soda, so I really felt I should have had a lost, but nope, I actually have a gain. Of course TOM came to visit yesterday evening, so that could have some reason why I gain, but, I was hoping for a big lost, so even when TOM came to visit, it would still show a lost. I just wanted to sit down and cry, I'm so disappointed. So this weeks goal, I'm pushing my water...If I get thirsty and/or hungry during time that is not time to eat, I will drink water. I got my finger's crossed that next week I WILL have a lost!

How Do You Stay Motivated?
I'm so bummed this week. I had a gain, and this really depresses me. I've been so stressed, I know I shouldn't blame all my weight with stress, though I had more stress this past week than I have in a long time, and yet I gain almost 2 pounds. Though, I have been drinking my soda again. Lately, I've been looking at the mirror, and really hate the way I look, and very disappointing with myself. So my goal this week is, to hopefully not be as stressed and NO SODA!!

I'm so bummed out. I thought I've been eating well, of course, I stopped journaling my food intake. I'm going to have to make a journal that I can easily access to. I was using the computer to journal, but I'm not always near the computer when I eat. I need to have something that I can carry with me every where I go. This is my goal this week.
Last week, I didn't write in my weight, it wasn't good news either, I weighed in at 202.8. Guess what, that's this weeks weigh in too!
Tuesday
Breakfast: 4 Pieces of Bacon
Snack: 1 Reese Cup
Lunch: 1 Ham & Cheese Sandwich
Snack: Banana
Supper: 1 chicken leg & 1 chicken breast & cottage cheese
Snack: 2 Resees Cups
Water Intake: 1
Exercise: 20 Minute Walk (all up hill, then down hill, plus I was pulling my two little boys in a wagon, whew).
Wednesday:
Breakfast: None
Snack: None
Lunch: 1 Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich, Strawberries & Orange Juice
Snack: Strawberries
Dinner: Hamburger Helper & Bread & Butter
Snack: Funny Bones, I was craving chocolate, but after I ate it, I felt sick. Not a good choice.
Water Intake: None
Exercise: None
Thursday
Breakfast: Went to Friendly's and had 1/2 toasted ham/egg/tomato sandwich, couple bites of homefries, 1/2 sourdough toast with jelly & orange juice.
Snacks: None

Didn't journal anything after that....ugh
