30 Day Self Challenge!




I'm always open to try something new, especially if it's a challenge. I was reading some blogs and came across Living Life Happy & Healthy, where Melissa is doing a 30 Day Self Challenge. So starting May 1st I've decided to do it too!

Weekly Weigh In - April 28, 2009


I am very disapointed this week. My number went up and I'm not sure why. I gained 1 pound. I've been doing some Wii fitness, and drinking water, which I don't usually do. I haven't had any soda which I'm proud of. I just a little sad that I gained, when I know I tried. Any advise would be great!

Weekly Food Log - Introduction


I'm going to keep track what I eat. I notice when I journal my food intake, I'm more careful. But I'm only going to post once a week. Now I was thinking that I'm going to start this on Tuesday, because it's my weigh in date, plus I won't have a whole week written for my first week. But, you know, that's just another excuse so I started this on Friday. Only 4 days instead of 7.

So I'll be writing down what I ate, what time and my hungry level every meal/snack.

Plus, I'll be noting my water, Dairy, fruit & vegetable intake.

Weekly Weigh In - April 21, 2009

I didn't gain this week but it wasn't a big lost either. But seeing the number going down is better than going up. So this week I lost 0.2 pounds from last weeks weigh in. This brings a total of 0.6 lost.
