9. Dance Your Pants Off!

We all love to dance, admit it. Even if you don't like to dance in front of anyone, if you get a moment of alone time, you may pop in some music and start dancing your pants off. I know I do.
So why not try to do it every time you have 20 minutes of alone time (or if you don't mind doing it in front of your family or friends). I wouldn't mine dancing in front of my children, they would join in too.
