Weekly Weigh In - May 12, 2009


Well I'm glad to see the scales went down this week! I haven't been really been good writing in my food journal, of course it's on the computer. So this week, I'm going to be carrying around my notebook as well. I went down 0.8 pounds this week.

Good job. I know it is hard to write every single thing down but if you do, it works. For me, when I write it down, or actually type it in because I do WW online, it's nice because I can see when I am going overboard on something. I love sweets and that is my big problem so it helps me from picking at that sort of thing all day. And maybe you could try planning your day out the night before and go ahead and put it in your food tracker that way you already know what the plan is. I try to do that most of the time but sometimes I just get burnt out on it.

I hear you about the food journal. I lost my little book so I had a hard time keeping up this week. I hope I find it soon. It really was helpful.
